Bullying in any form is unacceptable.

Every young person is entitled to a life and education free from fear, humiliation and intimidation. It is the responsibility of each of us to ensure that this is so. If someone is being bullied, take action.

Watching and doing nothing can suggest support for the bully. Do not tolerate bullying in your social group. This more than anything will get them to realise that their behaviour is unacceptable.
