"Students have opportunities to take part in a wide range of extra curricular activities. The extensive programme of sporting activities, educational visits (including resedential visits), the work with visitors to the school and the many opportunities provided for students to take part in events within both the deaf and hearing communities, make important contributions to students social development. The school's highly successful involvement in the recent 'Form and Fusion' visual arts event is worthy of particular mention."
